MRRA Strategic Planning Jumpstart

Other Event Details: Light refreshments from Wild Oats will be provided to get the wheels moving! Please note the pre-work detailed below.

Prerequisites

  • Ideally have 3 to 4 people from your organization participate

  • Organization must have a vision and mission

  • Complete some light pre-work prior to the Jumpstart: With colleagues, identify your organization’s key strengths & areas for improvement, as well as potential opportunities and external threats/ concerns. Bring this list with you to the Jumpstart.

Jumpstart Overview
Strategic Planning is a critical process for any organization as it aligns leaders on the key priorities and focuses the organization on the things that will drive the biggest impacts for moving toward its Vision and Mission.  This free 2-hour Strategic Planning Jumpstart will guide you through a strategic planning exercise.  The Jumpstart will be a group setting where you work with at least two of your colleagues alongside a handful of other organizations.  You’ll leave the Jumpstart with an initial list of important priorities and an understanding of key next steps to continue your strategic planning journey. 

The Jumpstart will be facilitated by BIG Acts located in Brunswick, Maine.  The team at BIG Acts has careers working across large multi-nationals, prominent consultancies, and emerging brands.  BIG Acts takes the complex, such as strategic planning, and makes it accessible for organizations looking to do BIG things.
