At BIG Acts, we facilitate leadership teams through a 3 Phase Process to align organizations around a strategic foundation (vision, mission/ purpose, pillars/ commitments, and values) that provides focus and enables them to build meaningful relationships with their stakeholders.

Phase I:
Discovery
Go deep into learning through immersive research with key stakeholder groups and interactive workshops with the leadership team.
Phase II:
Strategy
Collaborate with the leadership team to align around a strategic foundation that provides focus for the organization and meaning for stakeholders.
Phase III:
Implementation
Introduce the new strategic foundation to the organization and help all stakeholders understand what they can do to support it.
Through our process, we lead with a coaching approach to amplify the positive combination of external perspective and internal expertise. We see ourselves primarily in the role of coach, facilitator, challenger, and thought partner. Our goal is not to tell you your purpose strategy, it is to guide your team through the process of creating the strategy.
