Conduct deep dive to zero in on highest impact changes to be made to improve executive, and consequently team/ organization, performance.
Dissect macro goals into micro goals and co-design the change approach via coaching sessions (design solutions via coaching).
Activate plan for changes, week by week, and adjust approach as needed with coaching sessions.
Track results and evaluate progress on goals. Celebrate wins and continue work on new macro and micro goals.
What’s your coaching process?
We use a data-informed process for coaching to understand you as the person working to do something BIG and to help track progress. This may include a 360 assessment (verbal or online), job shadowing, and review of relevant organization material.
We believe that change is possible, but not all change is easy, nor does it happen overnight.
In coaching, generally, we’ll use positively framed, open-ended questions that help you to dig deeper. And we use silence to give you time to think.
We take seriously our role as a Committed Listener and Supportive Challenger.

What’s a typical coaching engagement?
Our typical engagement is 6-12 months focused on achieving 1 to 3 clear goals. If looking to adopt a new leadership behavior, an engagement of 12 months is standard. We include a mid-term coaching evaluation to course correct and a post-engagement session to check-in, and we will be evaluating progress along the way.
How often to meet? If this is a 1:1 coaching engagement, your coach will meet with you approximately weekly for Month 1, then every other week thereafter at a duration of 60-90 minutes per session based on your goals and availability.
