We work with leadership teams to be open and honest with each other, gain clarity, and achieve alignment so their strategic plans are focused, actionable, and achievable.
Purpose Strategy
We facilitate leadership teams to align around a strategic foundation (vision, mission, pillars, and values) that provides focus and enables organizations to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
Impact Strategy
We will answer the fundamental question, “What would need to be true?” to move an organization toward a BIG Act. Once the target problem is appropriately framed, we partner to generate a high-level plan for implementing.
Leadership Development
Through Wilderness Immersion Experiences and Leadership Coaching, we help leaders at all levels of organizations find the clarity, focus, and courage to to do BIG things.
